accepted at on-site registrations. A charge of $25.00 will be
applied to any returned checks.
YOUR
REGISTRATION will not be accepted until you produce the following:

copy of the child's birth certificate and
THREE (3) proofs of residency will be required at registration from the
list below:
1. Driver’s License
2. Voter’s Registration
3. School records that show your address
4. Welfare/child care records that show your address
5. Federal records that show your address
6. State records that show your address
7. Local (municipal) records that show your address
8. Support payment records that show your address
9. Homeowner or tenant records that show your address
10. Utility bills (i.e., gas, electric, water/sewer, phone, mobile
phone, heating, waste disposal) that show your address
11. Financial (loan, credit, investments, etc.) records that show your
address
12. Insurance documents that show your address
13. Medical records that show your address
14. Military records that show your address
15. Internet, cable or satellite records that show your address

Whats Included:
Registration fee includes
team uniform (replica t-shirt; hat and socks); end of year trophy;
Little League International Fees and Insurance (secondary to private
health insurance).
Players will need to
purchase gray baseball pants, cleats, baseball or softball glove and
bat. Batting helmets will be provided or players may purchase
their own.
